Non-woven fabric production equipment mainly includes the following parts:

1. Spinning system: mainly includes meltblown filament, spunbond filament, wet filament and other equipment, spinning short fibers into filaments.

2. Netting system: Networking is carried out through air flow or net gap to form a network structure of non-woven fabric. Common equipment includes airflow composite net, wet method net, carding net, etc.

3. Bonding system: the non-woven fabric is bonded and reinforced, and the commonly used methods are mechanical entanglement, chemical bonding, thermal bonding, etc. The main equipment is eddy current entanglement machine, wet bonding machine and so on.

4. Post-processing system: mainly includes dryer, hot-press finishing machine, sizing finishing machine, etc., and carries out post-processing such as drying, calendering and sizing of non-woven fabrics.

5. Detection system: online detection of weight, thickness, strength and air leakage point of non-woven fabrics. The main equipment includes electronic balance, airflow penetration instrument, etc.

6. Cutting and shearing system: the finished non-woven fabric is cut according to the specification width, and the common blade is used to cut.

7. Packaging system: pack the cut non-woven fabric into rolls according to specifications and pack them. The complete equipment also includes auxiliary systems such as conveying system and control system. Different process routes combine different equipment to form a complete production line.

The maintenance of non-woven fabric production equipment can be carried out mainly from the following aspects: 1. Regularly check the equipment, and timely discover and replace worn wearing parts, such as blades and chains. 2. Regularly lubricate power components such as motors and reducers to keep the lubrication system in good condition. 3. Clean up the dust and waste on the equipment in time to keep the equipment clean. 4. Check the sensitivity and accuracy of sensors and switches to ensure the stability of the detection system. 5. Heat insulation for thermal systems such as ovens and meltblown equipment to avoid heat loss. 6. Regularly calibrate the measurement system to ensure the accuracy of the test data. 7. Check the tension of the transmission system such as belt and chain to prevent sliding. Regularly replace the filter screen of the filter system to prevent clogging. 9. Record equipment operating parameters and analyze performance changes. 10. Sign maintenance contracts with equipment suppliers for regular maintenance.
